Before You Call
What is your minimum order?
Screen printing starts at 24 pieces. Embroidery is flexible, so smaller runs are welcome. If you are under 24 on a printed job, call us and we will tell you the honest options.
How long does an order take?
Most orders are ready in 10 to 12 business days, counted from the day you approve the proof rather than the day you first called. Working to an event date? Tell us the date and we will build the schedule backwards from it.
Do you charge for artwork or proofs?
The production proof is free once your order is approved, and nothing goes to press until you sign off on it. Artwork cleanup, recreation, vectorizing and custom design are quoted as their own line.
What files do you need for artwork?
AI, PSD, PDF, PNG and high resolution JPG all work. Vector files give the cleanest result. If all you have is a rough idea, send that. Sarah builds artwork in house.
Can we come see the shop?
Yes. We are at 2 S Beaver St Suite 141 in downtown Flagstaff, open Monday through Thursday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. Call ahead if you want one of us free to talk through a project.
