Mountain T's prints out of one shop on Beaver Street in downtown Flagstaff. We do not run satellite locations, and we are not going to list addresses we do not have. Ordering From Out of Town
Distance does not change the work. It only changes the last step, and we sort that out before anything goes on press.
Tell us the garment, the quantity and roughly what you want on it. Artwork does not have to be print-ready yet. If all you have is a phone photo of an old shirt, start there.
You get a real number up front. Once the order is approved, a production proof goes out, and nothing runs until you have seen it and said yes.
Screen printing runs from 24 pieces and embroidery from 12. Standard turnaround is 10 to 12 business days from art approval.
Pick up at the Beaver Street shop at no charge, or have it shipped UPS Ground. Orders built in the Design Lab show the shipping price for your ZIP code before you pay.
Design and Order Custom Apparel Online
You can build an order from any town in Arizona without a phone call. In the Design Lab you pick a garment, upload your art or add text, and watch the price change with the count. When it looks right you finish the order online and choose pickup in Flagstaff or UPS Ground.

Northern Arizona Screen Printing Questions
Do you have a screen printing shop in my town?
There is one shop, at 2 S Beaver St Suite 141 in downtown Flagstaff. Every order for every town on this page is printed and stitched there, and it reaches you by pickup or by shipping.
What is the minimum order for custom shirts?
Screen printing starts at 24 pieces. Embroidery starts at 12, which suits a staff polo or hat order.
How long does a custom apparel order take?
Standard turnaround is 10 to 12 business days from the day you approve the production proof. A rush depends on what is already on the press schedule, so call (928) 913-0881 and ask.
How does my order get to Phoenix or Tucson?
Orders can ship UPS Ground, and the Design Lab shows the shipping price for your ZIP code before you pay. On a quoted job, delivery or pickup is agreed before production starts. Pickup at the Flagstaff shop is free.
Can I see a price before I talk to anyone?
Yes. The pricing calculator works from the same sheet the shop quotes from, and the Design Lab shows a live price as you build the order.
Do you charge for artwork?
Sarah handles artwork in house. Cleanup, recreation and original design are quoted as their own line, so you see that cost before you agree to anything. A production proof goes out before anything runs.
