Heat Press and DTF for Camp Verde Teams and Clubs

Full color DTF transfers, names and numbers and season replacements for Camp Verde rosters, booster groups and community leagues.

Rosters Change Every Season in Camp Verde

Camp Verde High School fields the Cowboys in red, white and blue, and the rest of the district feeds younger players behind them. A roster is never the same twice. Someone moves, someone joins in January, someone grows two sizes.

Heat press and DTF suit that churn better than screens. A transfer is made for the specific player, so a new name can go on a shirt without setting up an entire run.

When Transfers Beat Screens

We are honest about this, because screen printing is the better route in some cases.

Names and numbersEach player is different. Transfers are the sensible way to give twelve players twelve different backs.
Full color artA mascot with many colors can be done as DTF with no per-color charge, while a screen needs one pass per color.
Mid-season addsA new player joins after Thanksgiving break. A single transfer set gets him onto the roster without touching anyone else's shirt.
When to use screensFor a spirit run of fifty identical shirts, screen printing at 24 pieces or more is usually the better call.
ReplacementsLost jerseys and worn-out numbers can be replaced from art that stays on file.

Camp Verde Groups That Use Transfers

School Teams

Camp Verde High School and the middle school field teams across fall, winter and spring seasons.

Booster Clubs

Parent groups want matching shirts with player names for game days.

Community Leagues

Youth and adult recreational leagues that need numbered shirts for a single season.

Event Staff

Fort Verde Days and Corn Fest crews can wear shirts with names or roles.

Mingus Union Families

Mingus Union High School in Cottonwood also serves part of the Camp Verde area, so some families need gear for both schools.

A Roster Order From Start to Pickup

  1. Build the ListSend names, numbers and sizes in a simple spreadsheet or even an email.
  2. Pick the GarmentsJerseys, tees or hoodies. We quote the garment and the transfers together.
  3. Approve the ProofThe proof is emailed after you approve the order. A misspelled name is easy to fix before anything is pressed.
  4. Collect or ShipPickup at Beaver St is free, or UPS Ground comes to your ZIP. Production lands in the ten to twelve business day window.

Keeping the Art on File

Every team order leaves behind a design. We keep it, so next season starts with the same Cowboys logo and the same colors. You only send the new roster.

If the roster grows past a few dozen, ask us whether it makes sense to move the base design to screen printing and use transfers only for names. The quote page is where to start that conversation.

Heat Press and DTF Questions

What is DTF?

Direct to film. The design prints onto a film and is pressed onto the garment, which allows full color without a charge per color.

Can each player have a different name?

Yes. Names and numbers are exactly where transfers shine.

Do you offer heat transfer vinyl?

Yes, for names, numbers and simple one color lettering.

What if a player joins after the order?

We can make a replacement or add-on from the art on file, subject to the usual production time.

Is there a minimum?

Heat press jobs follow the same shop rules as the rest of our work. Ask for a quote and we will tell you what fits.

How long does a team order take?

Around ten to twelve business days after you approve the proof. Add time for pickup or UPS Ground.

Do transfers last?

Properly pressed transfers hold up through regular washing. We include care tips with the order.
