Custom Apparel for Camp Verde Businesses and Crews

Screen printing camp verde az, custom embroidery, DTF transfers and promotional products, made at our Flagstaff shop about an hour up I-17.

A Crossroads Town That Orders in Real Quantities

Camp Verde sits where I-17 meets SR 260, at about 3,094 feet, with roughly 12,000 people and a long list of employers who need their people dressed alike. Highway traffic, park visitors, ranch and trade work, and a busy hospitality sector all pass through the same few exits.

That is why the orders we see for this part of the Verde Valley tend to be crew sized. A landscaping company wants twenty tees. A front desk team wants a dozen polos. A school booster club wants a spirit run before the first home game. Those fit our minimums, which are 24 pieces for screen printing and 12 for embroidery.

If you are searching for custom shirts camp verde or a screen printing shop that will actually answer the phone, this is the page that gets you started. Call (928) 913-0881 and you reach Tim or Sarah Hager.

Who We Print for in the Verde Valley

We do not claim local jobs we have not done. What we can tell you is what each kind of Camp Verde buyer usually needs.

Trades and Field Crews

Shirts that survive a tool belt, a hot truck bed and a weekly wash. Usually one or two ink colors on a sturdy tee or a hi-vis layer.

Hotel and Casino Style Hospitality

The Verde Valley has a casino hotel at exit 289 and plenty of smaller restaurants and lodging. Businesses in that line of work need matching polos and caps that keep their logo crisp after hundreds of shifts.

Parks and Heritage Sites

Fort Verde State Historic Park and Montezuma Castle National Monument draw visitors all year. Staff and volunteer shirts, plus event tees, are the typical need around sites like these.

Schools and Teams

Camp Verde Unified runs a high school, a middle school, an elementary school and the South Verde Technology Magnet Academy. Spirit wear, booster shirts and team uniforms all come up.

Town Events

Fort Verde Days in October and Corn Fest in July pull the whole valley together. Organizers need volunteer shirts, vendor shirts and something to sell.

Repeat Buyers

A crew that adds new hires every season wants the same logo, same thread, same fit. Art stays on file here, so reorders start from a finished design.

The Camp Verde Calendar, Month by Month

Most of our local planning comes down to working backward from a date.

SpringOrder lighter shirts for field crews before the Verde Valley heats up. Camp Verde sits about 3,800 feet lower than our shop, so April here feels like June in Flagstaff.
JulyCorn Fest falls on the third Saturday. Volunteer and vendor shirts need an approved proof about three weeks ahead, which leaves room for a print run and pickup.
OctoberFort Verde Days lands on the second weekend. The parade and the home tours bring both locals and visitors, so event tees move early in September.
Late FallFort Verde State Historic Park holds its Living History Day in November and A Victorian Christmas in December, which are good targets for staff and volunteer apparel.
School YearCamp Verde High School Cowboys wear red, white and blue. Spirit wear works best when it is in hand before the first game, not after.

Distance, Pickup and How Orders Move

We are at 2 S Beaver St Suite 141 in Flagstaff, about an hour from Camp Verde down I-17. Pickup at the shop is free, and a lot of crews grab their boxes when they are already in Flagstaff for a supply run or an appointment.

If you would rather not drive, UPS Ground is priced to your ZIP before you pay, so there is no guessing at checkout. Proofs go by email, which means you never need to make the drive just to sign off on artwork.

The one thing to plan for is weather. Winter storms near Munds Park can slow I-17, so if you are picking up in January, call ahead and check conditions before you leave.

How a Camp Verde Order Gets Done

  1. Ask for a QuoteSend the garment, the count, your in-hand date and your art. The quote is free and you will hear from a person.
  2. Approve the OrderOnce you say yes, we send a production proof by email. Nothing runs until you sign off on it.
  3. We Print or StitchProduction takes ten to twelve business days counted from the day you approve the proof.
  4. Pick Up or ShipCollect at Beaver St, or let UPS Ground bring it down the valley.

Tools You Can Use Before You Call

The Design Lab lets you pick a garment, upload art and watch the price move as you change colors and quantities. The live pricing calculator does a similar job if you already know what you want. Both are good for a first look at what an order would cost before you commit.

When the order is more involved, such as several garments, a mix of printing and embroidery, or a uniform program, the quote page is the better start. Artwork cleanup, recreation and custom design are priced by the job, so tell us what shape your logo is in.

Questions Camp Verde Buyers Ask First

How far is the shop from Camp Verde?

It is about an hour up I-17 to 2 S Beaver St in Flagstaff. The drive drops you back down about 3,800 feet when you head home, so expect a warmer afternoon than the one you left.

Do you have a minimum order?

Yes. Screen printing starts at 24 pieces and embroidery at 12. The lower embroidery floor is meant for staff teams and uniform programs.

Can I pick up my order instead of shipping it?

Pickup at the Beaver St shop is free. We are open Monday to Thursday from 8:30am to 4:30pm, Friday by appointment, and closed weekends.

What does shipping cost down the valley?

UPS Ground is priced to your ZIP code before you pay, so you see the number first. Pickup stays free if you would rather make the drive.

When do I see a proof?

After the order is approved. A production proof comes by email and we do not start until you sign off on it.

How long should I plan for an event like Fort Verde Days?

Count ten to twelve business days from proof approval, then add a cushion for the drive or UPS. Working back from the second weekend of October, that means approving art in early September.

Do you fix low quality logos?

Yes. Cleanup, recreation and vectorizing are quoted as their own line, priced by the job.
