What file format do you need for artwork?
We work with AI, PSD, PDF, PNG and high-resolution JPG files. Vector files (AI or PDF) give the best results. If you only have a rough idea or an old logo, no problem. Sarah leads our art side and can help get it ready.
How long does an order take?
Most orders are ready in 10-12 business days from proof approval. If you're working against an event or deadline, let us know when you request your quote and we'll do our best to make it work.
