What's the minimum order for embroidery?
Embroidery runs a lower floor than screen printing, which makes it the right route for staff polos, crew caps and uniform programs. Tell us the headcount and we'll price it.
What file format do you need for my logo?
Vector files (AI, EPS or PDF) are ideal, but we can work from high-resolution PNG or JPG too. We digitize your artwork in-house into a stitch-ready file, so even a clean image usually gets us there.
What is digitizing and do I pay for it every time?
Digitizing converts your logo into an embroidery file that tells the machine exactly where every stitch goes. It's a one-time setup. Once your file is made, we reuse it on every future order.
Do you source the hats and garments?
Yes, and we prefer to. Sourcing the blanks ourselves is how we stand behind the finished stitch, and it lets us match backing and fabric to the design. Customer-supplied items can be accepted with prior approval, an additional handling charge and limited liability on the pieces themselves.
How long does an embroidery order take?
Most orders are ready in 10-12 business days from the time you approve your proof. If you're up against a deadline, tell us when you request your quote and we'll do our best to work with it.
Can you do 3D puff, patches and monograms?
Yes to all three. We offer raised 3D puff embroidery, custom woven and leather patches, and monogramming with names, initials or numbers. Mention what you're after in your quote request.
