What to Send With Your Request
The more we know up front, the faster the quote comes back.
- The garment type, such as a tee, polo, hoodie or cap
- The number of pieces, with a size breakdown if you have one
- The date you need them in hand
- Your logo or artwork, even if it is a rough file
- Where the print or stitching should go on the garment
- How many colors are in the design
- Whether you plan to pick up or ship to a Camp Verde address
- Any past order you want us to match
What Happens After You Ask
- You Get a QuoteA real person looks at your request and sends a price. There is no charge for the quote.
- You ApproveWhen the numbers work, you approve the order.
- A Proof ArrivesThen a production proof goes to your email. Nothing is made until you sign off.
- We Make ItThe order runs in the ten to twelve business day window after proof approval.
How Camp Verde Crews Usually Order
Most crews in the Verde Valley order a first batch, then reorder a month or two later when a new hire starts. That makes the second order easy, since the art or stitch file is already stored here.
A contractor, a lodge or a school booster group will often put the same person in charge of every order. That is a good habit, because the person who knows the logo and the sizes can send a one-line email next time.

Getting It Down I-17
Pickup at 2 S Beaver St Suite 141 is free. We are open Monday to Thursday from 8:30am to 4:30pm, and on Friday by appointment. Most Camp Verde buyers make the trip, which is about an hour from exit 287 or exit 289, and combine it with a Flagstaff errand.
If you would rather skip the drive, UPS Ground is priced to your ZIP before you pay. Proofs always travel by email, so the drive is only ever about picking up boxes. In winter, check the road near Munds Park before you head up.
Tell Us About Your Camp Verde Order
A quote starts with four things. The garment, the count, the date you need it by and your artwork. Add a note about where you are in the Verde Valley and whether you plan to pick up or ship.
Try the Pricing Calculator First
If you already know the garment and the number of colors, the calculator gives you a quick read on how the price moves with quantity. It is a good first step before you send the full quote request.
