Heat Press and DTF Transfers in Flagstaff AZ

Names, numbers, full color artwork and replacements for Flagstaff leagues, school teams and running events. DTF transfers carry no per-color charge.

Rosters Are a Different Kind of Job

A screen print is the same shirt a hundred times. A roster is the opposite, with every shirt a little different. The heat press is the right tool when names, numbers and sizes change from one person to the next.

That is why heat press Flagstaff buyers, such as league coordinators and club captains, usually end up with us. We keep the art on file, so when a new player joins in the middle of the year, you do not start over.

Who Orders Transfers in Flagstaff

School Programs

The Flagstaff High Eagles in green and brown and the Coconino Panthers in black and red are examples of teams whose families order names and numbers. Booster clubs use transfers for last-minute roster changes.

Club and Rec Leagues

Adult leagues and youth clubs set a roster, order shirts and then add people. Transfers make late joiners easy.

Running Events

Race crews, volunteers and pace groups often want full color event shirts with a staff name on the back.

Winter Sports Groups

Ski clubs, snowboard groups and winter camps want base layers, hoodies and jackets with names in a contrasting color.

University Clubs

Student clubs at Northern Arizona University, home of the Lumberjacks in blue and gold, order small and frequent batches.

Season Replacements

Lost jerseys and new sponsors get replaced without a full reprint.

DTF or Screen Printing for This Job

We are honest about which one fits.

Full color artDTF prints every color in one pass with no per-color charge. A multi-color crest or a photo-based design is where transfers shine.
Names and numbersHeat transfer vinyl gives crisp, solid lettering that sits flat. It is the standard for jersey numbers.
Large runs of one designIf you need 100 identical shirts in two colors, screen printing may be the better route. We will say so.
Small countsFor a team with varied sizes and spot orders, transfers keep the work flexible.

A Club Season Start

A club team forms in the fall. The coach emails the roster with names, numbers and sizes. We send a quote, then a proof showing placement on the back and chest.

The shirts are pressed and ready for pickup on Beaver Street. In January two new players join, and we press their names using the art file already on record.

Heat Press and DTF Questions in Flagstaff

What is DTF?

Direct to film is a printed transfer that is pressed onto a garment. It handles full color art with no per-color charge.

Can you add names to shirts I already own?

We prefer to supply the garments so we can stand behind the result. Talk to us about your situation and we will tell you what works.

How do replacements work?

We keep your art on file, so a replacement jersey or a new sponsor logo does not mean starting from scratch.

Is there a minimum?

Transfers are quoted for team and group orders. Tell us the roster size and we will price it.

Will transfers last through a season?

With normal washing and care they hold up well. We can advise on care for your garment.

When does the proof come?

After you approve the order. Nothing is pressed until you sign off.

Can you do variable names for staff lists?

Yes. Send the list and we handle name placement for each piece.

Get the Roster Right the First Time

Send the list and the date. We will quote it and send a proof before anything is pressed.
