Downtown Gives You a Reason Every Month

Downtown Flagstaff is a calendar of crowds. Route 66 Days brings people in early September, the Mountain Film Festival fills the Orpheum Theater in October, and the pine cone drop at the Weatherford ends the year. Each draws people who like to take something home.

For promotional products Flagstaff organizers can hand us the date and the audience. We source the items, handle the decoration and keep it to one point of contact.

What We Source

Drinkware and Tumblers

Taprooms and coffee shops sell insulated tumblers. Cold mornings and long days outdoors make them a steady seller.

Stickers and Decals

Flagstaff loves a bumper or a water bottle covered in stickers. Outfitters and breweries use them as a low-cost giveaway.

Totes

Farmers market shoppers and festival attendees carry them, so your logo keeps walking.

Caps

Embroidered or printed caps made on our own machines, a staple for crews and events.

Banners and Signage

Booth backdrops for fairs at Fort Tuthill, trade shows and storefronts.

Pens and Office Items

The small things that fill welcome bags, clinics and front desks.

Local Uses We See Over and Over

Brewery and taproomStickers, drinkware and caps. Sold at the bar or given away at events.
Outfitter swagWater bottles, stickers and totes handed to guests at the start or end of a trip.
Event welcome bagsAn organizer of a science week or a film festival can build a welcome bag with a tote, a sticker and a pen.

Kitting and Fulfillment Without Extra Vendors

If your welcome kit has a tote, a bottle, a sticker and a shirt, you probably do not want to coordinate four suppliers. We pull the pieces together, decorate them and pack them as a kit. That cuts out the headache of tracking separate deliveries.

Full catalog sourcing means we can find items beyond our usual list. Tell us the use and the audience and we will suggest options.
