From Roster List to Pressed Shirts

  1. Send the ListNames, numbers, sizes and garment style in a simple list or spreadsheet.
  2. Pick the LayoutWe recommend sizes and placement for a chest, back or sleeve, based on the garment.
  3. Check the ProofAfter the order is approved, a proof arrives by email. Check every name and number before you sign off.
  4. Press and ShipPressing starts after sign-off and takes 10 to 12 business days. Pick up in Flagstaff or choose UPS Ground.

When Screen Printing Is the Better Call

If every shirt in a run is identical and you have 24 or more, screen printing can give a cleaner feel. A crowd of fans in one design and one color is usually a screen job.

We will tell you straight which route fits. A booster order can easily mix both, with screen printed fan shirts and transfer-pressed player shirts.

Is there a charge per color?

No. DTF has no per-color charge.

How long does an order take?

Ten to twelve business days from proof approval.

Can I pick up in Flagstaff?

Yes, pickup at the Beaver St shop is free.
