Rosters Change Every Season

A roster is never the same twice. A new kid transfers in, someone grows, a number gets swapped. Heat transfers handle that well because names and numbers are applied to each shirt on its own.

The Bradshaw Mountain High School Bears, a program at a school of about 1,600 students, are the kind of team that needs jerseys and warm-up shirts with names. Teams across the Valley, including club leagues, face the same thing every season.

Art stays on file with us, so a late addition is a short reorder.

Why DTF Beats a Screen for Some Valley Jobs

Full colorDTF has no per-color charge. A mascot with six colors costs no more than one with two.
Small runsA booster group with 18 shirts is under the screen floor. DTF fits that case.
Names and numbersHeat transfer vinyl prints each name on its own, so no extra screen per player.
ReplacementsA lost jersey or an added player gets a transfer without remaking the whole run.

Where Heat Press Fits the Town

Arena Football Fans

The Northern Arizona Wranglers have played at the Findlay Toyota Center since 2021, and fan groups often want a custom game day shirt.

Youth Clubs

Small rosters, bright colors, a few dozen shirts, and a date before the first game.

Event Staff

Volunteer shirts with a first name line, useful for Prescott Valley Days crews.

Reunion Groups

Names, class years and a group logo on a single run.

When Screen Printing Is the Better Route

We will tell you honestly. If you need 100 shirts with a simple two color logo, screen printing costs less per piece and lasts longer. DTF shines when art is complex or counts are small.

A good rule is to count the colors and count the shirts. Many colors and few shirts point to DTF. Few colors and many shirts point to a screen.

Both methods are run in Flagstaff by the same team, so the answer comes from the shop, not a sales page.

No. Full color DTF is priced without a charge for each color.

Can you add names to existing shirts?

Yes, as long as the garment is one we can press safely.

What is the minimum?

Transfers fit smaller runs than screen printing. Ask for a quote with your count.

How long do transfers last?

Properly pressed transfers hold through regular washing. Follow the care sheet.

Can I send my roster in a spreadsheet?

Yes, that is the easiest format for names and numbers.

When should I choose screen printing instead?

For big runs with few colors, screen printing is usually the better value.
